With the popularity of permanent cosmetics, Vicky wanted to offer realistic services for those that struggled with enhancing their natural appearances. Her talent for permanent cosmetics can be credited to her many years as a makeup artist and perfectionist. In 2017, Vicky went to Gary Manuel Aveda Institute to receive her aesthetician license. With Vicky’s educated and experienced background in skin, she is able to safely and effectively perform procedures for her clientele and identify specific situations which require her esthetic knowledge to resolve. Vicky established her permanent makeup clinic 'Elysian' in 2020 and is growing her team of professionals to offer the most exceptional services and results.
